Germany is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters studies, there are many good universities in Germany which offers MS in various fields, such as:
Mechanical engineering.
Electrical engineering.
Automobile engineering and many more fields.
To pursue masters in Germany you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation .
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
The average living cost per month in Germany is around 500 euros to 600 euros per month, please note the living expenses might be more or less depending on the location and your life style.
Since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.

Frankly speaking, although I can see your interest in MBA but if we talk about the admission requirement you need to have 50% and above percentage in your Graduation from a recognized University to sit for an MBA Entrance Examination. Apart from this for IIMs you need to sit for CAT which is really a tough nut to crack and you need pretty high percentile to get admitted in IIMs. So, before you plan your MBA please keep all pros and cons in mind.

Hi Abir,
First of all there is no neutral public ranking for the regional institutes and secondly which institute you would be able to get in would depend on the score you have got.
However, few of the decent Institutes in Kolkata accepting MAT are:
IILM Business School, Institute of Business Management & Research, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, And Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management etc.

Hi Abir, Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is carried out for the admission of students into the Master of Business Administration (MBA) course. The scores of this exam can be used in other postgraduate management courses too. The exam is held by the Centre for Management Services, which is a unit of the All India Management Association (AIMA).

Hi.To become a scientist, u need to have the following qualities:
* First, it takes brain power. Intelligence, talent, yhe ability to do the hard work.
* stick-to-itivness (i.e.ou have to show that you can produce a significant step in our understanding of the universe, and that requires many months to years of sustained effort to complete.)
* communication skills
* Curiosity
* attention to detail
Statistics, earth sciences (biology and geography, in particular) and computer science are especially helpful. Languages are also a commodity, especially Latin and German.
Science requires dedicated attention, the capacity to concentrate despite the surroundings and the ability to process thoughts and experiences quickly. It also requires the ability to work independently, sometimes without guidance and often in isolated surroundings.
Choose a specialty that you like, eg Chemistry, physics and mathematics, astronomy or biology, depending on what you want to pursue later. Get a bachelor's degree in your chosen field. This is the minimum requirement for most employment at research facilities. Major in science if you haven't been able to choose a specific field.
Thereafter, u can join NASA, ISRO, DRDO etc.

As far as my Knowledge goes, you need to have a degree in Psychology or studied Psychology at 12th and graduation level to get into a Masters level degree in Psychology, and I am doubtful that you fit in any of the two criterions.

Hi Savita,
As rightly suggested by Aru, you should keep doing addition to your qualification as otherwise your career growth become stagnant, so you being from accounts background can look for various other sectors such as foreign exchange, Banking & Finance and several others which are already been mentioned by Aru.
Another thing which I would like to add here is that you should talk to the HR Department or your higher ups in the company you are working in for your salary raise and promotion.
