For B.Ed, you need to have to fill the form available online and thereafter appear for the entrance test. Also, you need to have at least fifty 55% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in sciences/social sciences/commerce/humanities, Bachelors in engineering or technology with specialisation in science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.

Hi, obtaining admissions for a second Masters in Canada will be a challenge. You already hold an M.Sc degree. Universities in Canada don't generally accept similar profiles. Either you get a job and gain some work experience, or look for other options such as a PG Diploma. The chances of admission still will be minimal, unless you have some really strong points to justify your choices. Look at other country options as well.

St. Xavier's College's admission procedure only has online application. There is no provision for offline form fill up.
