There are various courses in Mechanical sector that you can pursue like CAD/ CAM/ CAE/ AutoCAD/ Tool Design/ 3DStudio MAX .
One can opt for NX Unigraphics which are the advanced versions of CAD/CAM/CAE and is implemented for design, engineering analysis, and manufacturing of the machining modules, this is developed by Siemens PLM Software.
For Pre-e, you may check with Accel IT Academy, Techno Soft and for Catia Techno Soft offers the course. There is placement assistance provided but not assured as it entirely depends on the student and his academic excellence and performance to crack through a good job opportunity.

Hi Sudheer,
I would like to put a point here that if you are keen to pursue engineering then it would be better to give an entrance and after qualifying, you should look for the admissions as there are lesser chances to gain admission through the management quota and even for that you will require to write the entrance and should be prepared to pay higher fees as compared to the actual costs involved.

To know if you are eligible for writing AIEEE, the following is the criteria:
1. The minimum academic qualification for admission through AIEEE 2010 is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination (see Appendix VIII).2. Candidates those who are appearing in class 10+2 final or equivalent examination may also appear in AIEEE 2010 for consideration of provisional admission.
3. A candidate who is appearing in 10+2 (Class 12) in 2011 is not eligible to appear in AIEEE-2010.
