With such a good GPA, i would strongly recommend you to retake the GRE. You would hardly get average universities with this GRE score but with the kind of GPA that you hold, you definitely deserve to be in the top 20 universities. My advise to you is retake the GRE and try scoring above 1400 which i believe you can by seeing your quant score.

Although it is difficult to provide a list as the cut offs are usually unpredictable as these tend to change each session, but then you can try to apply to several institutes including the recent branches of IITs with a chance to have lesser cut offs and also you can consider NITs , VJTI, COEP.
I would also advise you to contact the institutes to inquire about the likely cut offs as the same are yet to be made public.

i cannot provide you any list of colleges because almost all colleges have a provision that allows students to work part time. You are allowed to work 20 hours per week maximum.

See, as Priya rightly mentioned that it is not an easy job to survive in the Science Stream, but there are some diploma courses like the Mechatronics, which practically you may like. See, you may not be good theoritically, but can well be practically. THere are many computer courses too, which can help you.
