Hi Sargun, to study MBA in Germany you should have at least 60%. You will also need to have at least 2 years work experience and appear for GMAT.
If you wish to study MBA soon after your course is over then you can opt for UK and AUstralia. These 2 countries offer fresher MBA. In UK the duration of MBA is 1 year and in Australia its 1.25 years minimum.
Classes in Uk begin in September and January. In Australia the classes commence in July and Jan/Feb. Also there is a small intake for MBA in September in Australia.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certficate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

Hi Nitumani,
Both are good options depending on the kind of career you would like to pursue. If you are looking for the jobs related to the managerial discipline then you should opt for the MBA course but if you are more interested to pursue a career in the technical field and plan to pursue a specialization then opt to write GATE exam which is conducted by the IITs for pursuing M.tech and related courses.
