Hi,
As far I would know about this, a transfer of the course is usually restricted within a University and the colleges affiliated to it, and for lateral entry is a possible option if you hold a valid diploma/ eligibility criteria as per the particular institute's requirement.

Having been an CAT trainer for over 20 years, let me start by telling you that it is imperative you do your MBA, from the top 50 B Schools, in India, for which you need to take the CAT exam. It is only then that your degree will be recognized and valued by the corporate world. CAT is held once a year in the month of November. You need to score at least 85 percentile in your CAT exam to make it to a reputed B School. You can visit the website, www.catiim.in for details. Ideally, CAT requires around six months of preparation. If you are looking at a coaching institute, you can look at IMS , CAREER LAUNCHER or TIME.

Medical schools in Canada do not offer the MBBS, an undergraduate degree in medicine. They offer the MD (Doctor of Medicine). Applicants for the MD program are expected to have completed a Bachelor's degree. They are also required to have completed certain academic requirements in sciences. Having said all this, the Canadian medical schools give a very strong preference to Canadian residents, and competition for admission for international students if fierce. Only a small number of international students are admitted.
I would suggest you to pursue MBBS in India.
