Eligibility- Minimum 55% in a masters degree program.
Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the PhD programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
Going by your profile, you may opt for PhD in HR or Management.
All the IIMs and leading B-schools such as XLRI, MDI, Several IITs and NITs, IISc, and engineering institutes (such as Delhi Technological University, BITS Pilani, Thapar University) have a department of management studies that offers PhD programs.
