On the basis of this you cannot become a lecturer however you have following option:
do B.Ed and M.Ed and also M.Com
This will take at least 2 to 4 years and after this you will be eligible to teach commerce at junior level college
the other option is complete M.com with 60% and more and meanwhile prepare for NET/SET
if you do this and clear NET/SET, you can teach at senior level as a lecturer
