Suree you can go for a course, although you cannot go for a degree. I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and human figures. However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richards William. Later on you may take up a Degree (multimedia and animation or in design and graphics). Arena also offers such a Degree. Just for your knowledge Animation draws the best out of a Creative Person.
