It totally depends on your preference and what you want to do in your life. For example, marketing and at times finance companies look to hire freshers or students with relevant experience. Consulting and general management firms typically hire people with some experience. Also if you work for a couple of years, you get some insights into corporate world and hence are better placed to make decisions regarding your career. keeping these things in mind you should decide when you want to pursue your MBA. Either way you are not disadvantaged to get an admission in IIMs.

If you had Arts stream, take up Bachelor of Arts in humanities, social sciences, languages, psychology, media and journalism. If you had Commerce background, B.Com and then qualifications like ICWA and CA would be excellent. If you had Science stream, engineering or medical depending on your skills - this is the broad choice. Hi Saurabh,
If you are looking for free universities, then Germany is the only option. Netherlands is excellent but education is costly in comparison and would cost you about 25 lacs for every year.

Degrees from Germany are recognised all over the world as they have one of the best education system. You may double check any universities recognition with AIU in India. Since, most of the state universities provide free education, it will help you save cost as well.
The other best option is Saskatchewan ,Canada. For working in india, you will require master's ad well for better placements.
