To get into IITs only JEE exams should be cleared and if you are qualified you should appear for JEE Advanced and get a good score to get into premier IITs.
There is no need to apply for any other entrances to get into an IIT.
The official JEE main website is www.jeemain.nic.in

It depends on your interest. If you are interested to go with IIT or NIT, then you should go for Allen Institute Kotak, otherwise you can go with your schooling.

It fully depends on your interest, as MBA has different specialisations and you can opt for your specialisation. I would suggest a name- UEM Kolkata to give it a try as this has good placement consistent record and is good in molding career to right path.

No, you need to qualify for UPSEE. There are no mangaement quota from year 2017 as per AKTU guidelines.
If you have qualified UPSEE you must contact college officials and proceed for your admission .
Also , you can get admission through counseling of AKTU through JEE Mains.
