You can explore following positions in clinical research industry after your MD qualification:
1. Clinical Research Physician (CRP): This position is responsible for designing teh clinical study protocols, providing medical inputs, medical monitoring of trial data, preparation of clinicla study report/manuscript etc.
2. Medical Advisor/Medical Director: This position is responsible for overall medical management in an organization.
3. Opertaions Head for a BA/BE facility: This is more to do with the generic drugs
4. Joining a Central Laboratory (microbiology specific) involved in a clinical trial etc.
