Your good PCM score makes you eligible however, as per the official website of UPES ,the admission in engineering is based on UPESEAT/AIEEE rank.Contact the officials directly to confirm whether they accept UPTU rank.

you can go for MBA in Construction management From NICMAR Pune Or M.Tech In Construction Technology Management From IITs. M.Tech in Structures in also very Demanding Field. Else You can prepare for SSC JE Examination or IES or for PSUs.
