I don't understand your question very properly because you did not tell that in which standard you got
66 percentile like in 10th or in 12th. Also, you have not mentioned your merit rank if you are a student of 12th.
If you got 66 percentile in 10th you will not get admission specifically in computer science stream in Diploma in MSU but on basis of this percentile you will get admission in lower branches like textile, EC or other.

First of all, I recommend you to try to prefer CSE over IT. If you don't like maths, have some creativity ( Good for Web Development ), don't like to read and write a lot, love technologies and most important - want to pursue careen in private sector (government jobs are very rare), then welcome. Here you will get advantage of MBA too.
