Best lies upon your interest. Choose what you love. If you love coding and electronics go for ECE. If you love maths physics and electrical subjects go for EEE. If you prefer playing with machines go for mechanical. If you still want your answer related to order of preference then here it is : ( my views )
ECE
Mechanical
EEE
Mechatronics (It is newer kind of branch, that's why, I would prefer less over the known ones).
Upvote if it helps.

Hello Siva,
Mechanical engineering is one of the oldest branches of engineering. On the other hand, mechatronics is the newest entrant in this field. Hence choices are limited at present but after four years, there will be enough. Mechanical will remain evergreen branch. But I would advise you to choose the one that fascinates you.

TIME provides a fairly long duration courses. It also provides short duration courses of a few months. But more than duration of the course, the quality of coaching is very important. I was earlier with TIME for more than 9 years. It was a really good institute then However, I no longer work with TIME. I have left TIME, with two other brilliant faculty members Duney and Pravin. We together have started an Institute called SPARK EDUCATION SERVICES, and for CAT 2017 we have got many students who have scored above 98.5 percentile.

Hi Sunita,
The waiting list is in queue. Once the other 112 are allotted the colleges your turn will come. But remember it's not necessary that you only get Hyderabad because if the other students go for other colleges then your number might shift and you might either get in fourth or fifth list of Pune, or 1st, second list of Noida or Hyderabad.
