There is no such reason of no cut-off for Hyderabad, but however, from the last year cut-offs, anything above 70 will give you good chance to convert SLS, Hyderabad.

The waiting list is in queue. Once the other 112 are allotted the colleges your turn will come. But remember it's not necessary that you only get Hyderabad because if the other students go for other colleges then your number might shift and you might either get in fourth or fifth list of Pune, or 1st, second list of Noida or Hyderabad.
