No not at all. Stay away from this college. I enrolled to this college. They fooled us so bad. Firstly, they fooled us by changing the name of the institution. On the Orientation day we were informed that the college name is Dr. Kariappa School of Art and Design management. There is no permanency of lecturers in this institution. Also, there is no intimation of exam schedules in time. First semester started in beginning of August. Till january we didn't have any information regarding when is this semester going to end. Plenty of times; we asked for date sheet for semester examinations, but there is no response from anyone. Management is irresponsive at all times. We approached our Principal and Chairman many times in person or through mail but there is no response from them. They take the original documents and later on deny to give them back. Guys, me and my classmates were fooled and had to leave the college within the 1st sem itself. Please do not go for this college. They are just keeping the money to themselves and not providing the required resources and spoiling students' careers. And do not follow the website. Its all fake. The counselors make a good fool of the students. Do not spoil your career joining this college.

All the courses have great opportunities. The opportunities are not so much within the type of degree, as it is within the individual who has the degree. Opportunities are always there. It is up to you to take advantage of them through creative and critical thinking, assertiveness, perseverance, commitment, positive attitude, and the ability to think through long-term benefits. The most important and critical issue is your ability to create a vision for yourself. In other words, a clearly articulated picture of the future you intend to create for yourself.
After you take hold of this vision, you must then develop a road-map that will bring that vision into reality. Then, you can better determine what type of degree is more beneficial and meets your overall career goals and objectives. Thus, the following: Develop the will to change circumstances. Create the vision. Develop a road-map on how to GET there GET help through a coach, mentor, etc.). Just do it and do not let go until the vision becomes a reality. Remember this, "Attitude is everything. BCS IT/CS is concept oriented, IT will teach you the core concept of IT /CS and you will have to study Science subjects too.
On other hand, BCA is application oriented, teach current technologies, platforms. One can join BCA from Science, commerce and arts background. But to pursue B.Sc. IT/CS, you need to have a background of Science. B.Sc. IT/CS is a general course and BCA is a Technical Course, so getting job from BCA is easy than B.Sc. IT/CS. After B.Sc. IT, you can do M.Sc. IT/CS or MCA both. But after BCA you can only do MCA. Best universities for doing BCA and B.Sc.
