If you are interested only in Maths, You can do B.Sc in mathematics. This can easily fetch you a job. You can do B.Tech in any branch in which you are interested.
In my opinion, you should do B.Sc in Maths.

No Abha, 4 years degree is not required in European countries. For admission into PG course you must have completed your Bachelor's degree and take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. You must check the university websites for the average score requirements etc.

You have not mentioned the exam and state for which you have scored this rank. However, if this rank is for JEE Mains then you have to seek admission in the home state quota in NITs or CFTIs because the opening and closing ranks for other state quota are very high.
