Although there is no hard and fast rule about pursuing an MBA after completing a BBA, in today's cutthroat competitive world, those with a higher level of education, which encompasses a broader range of knowledge, exposure, and experience, are expected to have a better chance of achieving their goals. However, if throughout the BBA curriculum, a student decides to pursue an alternative career path that does not necessitate an MBA, he or she may do so. A BBA + MBA degree is also insufficient. No amount of education can ensure success if a person is not passionate or driven enough to put in the effort.

After BBA in Banking and Finance, you can start with private banks as a clerk. You can also try for PO exams and get into nationalized banks. You can get into micro-finance companies/NBFCs. You can also try in Insurance companies in client acquisition roles.

Directly you can't do B.Tech after class 12th commerce. You can apply for Diploma in engineering course after class 12th commerce, after that you can apply.
