Hi Ayush, I wouldn't recommend Russia if yo can get the same course offered by institutes like IIT in India.
But if you would still like to go abroad for studies then Germany is a good option for students who want to pursue Mech Engg or Automotive Engg.
students are allowed to work part time for 90 full days or 180 days in a year. Also, a graduate is allowed to stay in Germany for 1 year to look for a job. Once you find a job you can convert your student permit to residence permit for taking gainful employment.
Education in Germany is free. Some Universities charge a minimal amount of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Living expenses come to

Hi Azeem,
after a Diploma, you can go for a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. It will not be possible to pursue Masters unless you have significant work ex and can get a mature entry for the program.
In the UK, UG engineering programs are of 3 years in duration. Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS and you can apply directly. At least 50% in 12 to get i
