Your profile is good but an MBA may not do justice to your aspirations. And if you still insist then in the UK you can consider applying to Sunderland univ, Staffordshire univ, Bournemouth univ, Anglia Ruskin univ.
In US the univ suggestion will depend on how much you score in GMAT.
In the UK however you will not need to appear for GMAT.
To apply to both the countries you need to appear for IELTS/TOEFL.

Yes you can Do B.Com through Correspondence and alongside your JBT through regular, as JBT is a Diploma and not a degree programme so, you need not worry you can go ahead and do a Diploma and a Degree course together, especially as you are doing one of the courses through correspondence.

the total cost of studies in Australia including living expenses comes to 12 lacs approx pa. It can go higher or lower depending on where you stay and which university you study at.

As every individual has a different level of capabilities and capacity to perform, so no subject is easy or difficult, it is only according to your interests , comfort and capabilities that you should choose the subject option, as this makes easier for you to score on those subjects, so keeping this in mind you can choose between Economics & Sociology.

MBA and LLB definitely is a rare combination and both happen to be of two different worlds but if implemented selectively can prove to be good for any organization. One with these qualification can get opportunities largely in the Administration department of the organizations.
However, there is no definite career stream as these are two entities which you are trying to merge, although there is success but will require a lot of struggle to identify as depending on the company profile.

MBA after LLB holds its scope and that is a way by which you can end up locating a career in the corporate field and nothing to further dimensions. If you select CSE it is having as much scope as it has earlier and even the job opportunities are increasing day by day as more companies are setting up their units and business in the country and they are also hiring the good no of students
If you select EEE, it is having equal scope in both Electrical and Electronics field as it contains the knowledge of both the fields and they are hired by the core companies of both the sectors , there is also a PG available in the mentioned field
