If you want to start your business in Travel & Tourism the most important thing for yu at this stage would be to earn some qualification in the same as far as I Know for a travel & tourism company it is important to get IATA & UFTAA certification and if you have a certification in this it becomes easier for you to get established in the market. Apart from this if possible join some IATA/ UFTTA approved company to gain some hands on Experience this will help you in the growth of your Business.

There are many books written by various author for the preparation of SAT, which are available in the market, and all of these books are good, the more practice you do, the better scores you will obtain, and out of the names you mentioned above, you can go ahead with Princeton review, but the remaining two are also very good books.

Please find below universities in USA offering MS in structural engineering:
1. The Jacobs School of Engineering, University of California at San Diego-USA.
2. Armour College of Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology-USA
3. Washington University in St. Louis School of Engineering -USA.
All these universities requires good academic background throughout preferably 60%,apart from these you also need to take GRE and TOEFL, and you need to score 1200-1400 plus in GRE and 80-90 plus in TOEFL.
