Hello Aishwarya,
M.Pharma - This is the safest and most easiest thing to do after B.Pharma. You get a stipend and lot of free time to develop your other skills.
After completion of M.Pharma, you can go into R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Medico-Marketing, FnD, IPD, etc.
However, the growth in any of these job profiles would be slow as compares to the market standards.
I would recommend you to do a full time MBA from a reputed B-school. This is a much better option than doing either M.Pharma if you really want to it big.

B.Tech in IT is the second best option after B.Tech CSE to join IT industry as software developer or tester. As per NASSCOM, Indian IT industry will continue to grow for some more time.
