You need to apply for a passport first from the nearby passport office. These days, you should get it within a fortnight (Rs.1500 for a 36 page passport) if you have all the documents like age, resident and Identity proof. Then, you can apply for US VISA from nearby US consulate with supporting documents under the relevant category.

Hi Debasis,
Both the courses are the same, but they have different names. If you look into the course curriculum, you'll realize that it is 85-90% same. So, why you want to get into the job market a year later and pay fees for an additional year.

Hello,
If you want to pursue Ph. D. then you should have a Masters degree. If you are from arts field then you can apply for NET exam to complete your dreams. If you are from commerce field then you have a good option available to pursue it from IIT or IISC, for that you have to apply for its entrance exam i.e. IIT JAM and you can also do it from NIT.
Now, the decision is yours.

The names are different but both mean the Bachelors degree in HM. If you still wish to compare in terms of difficulty level, just compare the course structure for both and decide.

MBA/MMS/PGDM is the preferred option after BBA. If not MBA you can also opt for LLB/ CA/ CS, etc. or join some short term diplomas or certificate courses in your preferred subjects.
All the best.
