Poland offers inexpensive education in comparison to other EU countries. While you are allowed to work part time and more during vacations, for job opportunities you need to check the skill shortage list and whether the companies would like to sponsor you. Otherwise, your degree will be valid all over Europe as it's a Schengen visa country.

I don't think you can study for free in Australia, whereas in Germany, you can study undergraduate courses for free from public universities I. e Government Universities. Compared to Australia, Tuition fee in Germany is less and the quality of education is excellent.

Duration of most Diploma courses is of 1 year. However, advanced Diploma courses may take a couple of years to complete the course i.e. 2 years course. A Diploma course is a short-term programme designed and structured to train and educate students in a niche topic that can be studied independently. Fashion designing is one such subject. There are different levels of Diploma courses; entry-level Diploma, graduate Diploma courses and PG (Post Graduate) Diploma courses. It totally depends on the institutes as different institutes have a different course duration.
