Well, is it only GMAT or any standardized test that you don't want to write? If it is that you want to avoid GMAT, then you can go for GRE, as it is also accepted by most schools abroad.
Apart from that, there are few b-schools which do not need the student to show GMAT, but then the other portions of the application must be up to the mark to score an admit. So, it really depends on which college or university you are applying to.

Can you mention the Diploma level? Do you mean undergraduate Diploma or post graduate Diploma?
You need to have at least 60% to pursue a Diploma in Canada. Plus you need to have scored 6 overall bands for undergraduate course and 6.5 overall bands for post-graduate courses.

You can get admission to M.Tech at Lovely Professional University without a GATE score.
