Hi,
Yes, you can apply for Bachelor's degree after your diploma. You have to take your IELTS or TOEFL too to meet the English language requirements. Secondly, different universities have different admission requirements, you may have to take the SAT for some. Please therefore check university websites for admission requirements before applying. See here for university options:

Hi,
I am afraid you are not eligible. Your scores are too low for a conventional university. I would have suggested SPP colleges but they won't accept more than 5 backlogs. Please try any other country, may be Norway, Ireland, Belgium, etc. You may also consider vocational/professional courses in New Zealand and Australia.

Hi, Honestly, according to the graph analysis of degree background related to IAS qualifiers, its a highly heterogeneous data, Degree in any stream hardly matters when it comes to pursuing IAS exam but yes if you wish to lower your burden to some 20% you may go for B.A. As that will help you make a basic interest and foundation to read subjects related to IAS exam in vast. But personally, IAS exam is not degree or stream or merit oriented; the pure mantra is long sitting hours, long reading hours and the retaining power!
Any degree in any stream is anyhow going to help you for optional subject choice while in IAS Mains exam. Good Luck!

However, universities and their programme offerings can change over time, so I recommend visiting the official website of Vinayaka Missions University or contacting the university's academic departments or admissions office directly to inquire about their current programme offerings, including whether they offer an M.Sc. in chemistry or related fields. They will have the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding their academic p

Hello Jaya,
Your chances of getting NIT is very low. Your category rank should be below 4000 to get NIT.
However, you can get a seat if there are any NITs in your state (home state) based on home state ranks.
You may refer below for the official opening and closing ranks for each NIT in the 7th round of counselling:

For IIT or NIT, you need to score a minimum of 75% in HSC, but for other colleges, you can take admission if you didn't score 75% in HSC. I would advise you to take admission in good college by searching it's placement records and students feedback.
