You cannot do B.Tech and B.Sc together but you can do B.Tech and M.Sc together.
It is called a dual degree program. You will be awarded two degrees at the end of your undergraduate course.
For example,
If you have opted for B.Tech chemical engineering then you can do M.sc chemistry together.
Only some universities offer this dual degree program.

Take any creative subjects or arts or languages. I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching, to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them.
