Hi,
Universities don't mention any cut-offs explicitly on their websites. As a general practice an upper first class is recommended, 75% is ideal. If you are looking for Bachelors you must take the SAT and a score 1450 and above is recommended for a top university.

There is no much scope of BHMS in foreign country. You have to take degree of particular country after BHMS. if you want to go foreign. You can appear in IELTS.

There are various courses that you can opt after completing B.Pharma but according to me there are two best courses after it -
1 - MPHARM
2- MBA
If you want to go in the field of research or teaching then MPHARM is the course. If you want to go in industries or you have a business point of view, then MBA is the course. I hope it helps you.

Yes, after B.Com MBA is a good choice, but you have to be sure that you get 50% and above in graduation to give CAT, MAT, XAT, etc., or pursue MBA from any good college.
