Yes, of course.
If you have sufficient marks in JEE, then by the inter college level counseling you can switch your branch but in other branch seats should be empty. Otherwise in second year you can also change branch as well as college. You have to get good result more then or equal to the 8 pointers.

It is the counselling process for the seat allotment by respective states against the reverted seats from All India 15% quota. Candidates who have qualified the exam can participate in the counselling irrespective of their domicile. Candidates have to fill up fresh forms to apply for it. It's nice to know that you are interested in doing this course. It's called as Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or AME course. It's a three year course and you will get degree of B.Sc.
