Yes, you can, but after completion your MS, first you come back to India, then you are eligible for US working visa. But, it is not an easy process and rejection chances are high, so after your MS, try for some jobs in France.

If the university granted your application and you got an admission, then you won't face any problem because you have already scored 6 bands in IELTS, which is enough for a student visa.

SAT is required for admissions into US universities and the SAT subject tests are mostly required if you are seeking admissions into a top university . For most of them SAT subject tests are optional however taking a subject test will actually help you.
