It doesn't happen like that. First, you have to find a company who is offering you a job there. Now it depends on the company entry requirements, whether they ask for a fresher or a person with 1, 2 or 3 years of experience.
You have to check job listing on net and apply for it. Once you get an offer from there, then you need to clear IELTS paper in GT module. Thereafter, you will get a visa.

I think the pattern of JEE Mains exam has not changed. It is the same, 90 questions in Mains exam where you will get 30 from physics, 30 from chemistry and 30 from mathematics. You will get +4 for correct answer and -1 for the wrong answer.
In advanced, the paper is unpredictable.

Prasad don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. You can practice more and more question. Don't give much time on reading notes of the chapter, only read it once or twice and then do minimum 70 to 100 questions of each chapter. You can't be a master at once on any chapter, so take help from solution book at the time of doing question and practice that all 70 to 100 questions 3 times.
