For CSE, I would say Chandigarh University is the best choice. Let me tell you, the university offers B.E. in CSE, not B.Tech and the programme is  accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). This means your degree from CU will be valued all over the world. 

The department has top-class labs like the Microsoft Innovation Centre, IBM Software Lab, Vrtusa Robotics & Automation Center, and HP Center of Excellence. These labshelp students learn partically. There are seminar halls and auditoriums for workshops, tech talks, and conferences. Hackathons, tech clubs, and live projects also happen regularly.

Another thing thst makes a university famous is that it ensure 100% placements and students are also placed at very hifh salaries and staff is also very amazing. Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and IBM visit the campus and offer good salary packages based on skills. 

Idon't know about LPU and Chitkara University, I can only tell about Chandigarh University and let me tell you that the university has best CS program. The CSE department has top lab, Virtusa Robotics & Automation Center and HP Center of Excellence, all designed to prepare students for the industry. The department also has seminar halls and auditoriums for workshops, talks and conferences. Plus, they host hackathons, tech clubs and live projects.

For placements, big companies like MIcrosoft, Amazon, Google, and IBM visit the campus and offer great salary packages based on skills. The university also has a dedicated Departments of Career Planning & Development (DCPD) to help wwith interview, exams, and placement-related stuff.
