Yes, you can apply for B.A. LL.B at LPU with a 65% in your 12th grade. The eligibility criteria for admission to the B.A. LL.B. program generally require candidates to have secured at least 50% in their 12th exams from a recognized board. As your score is above the minimum requirement, you should be eligible to apply.
However, it's important to note that LPU conducts its own entrance exam, LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test), for admission to many of its programs, including law. I understand that you are interested to work with airline with your qualification, i.e. B.Sc IT, please understand if you are interested to work with airline, you have many options but without proper training it is not possible. You may develop software for airline sitting at home as per the need of demand, load control, FDTL calculator, PAX boarding record and many things but securing a job without training of particular kind not possible. Any training of 3-6 months or professional course of long duration.
