Hi Rupali,
Acknowledging that you are really concerned about the improvement, I shall appreciate that you know the British Council Learning and shall surely benefit if you do a course with them.
Besides, I shall also suggest that you should initiate Reading of Simple texts, not newspapers, simple texts like stories and small write ups that make you see new words and vocabulary.
Do listen and practice speaking.
You can start some training or coaching for remedial grammar because in India EE learn English as second language and always need to improve our grammar.

Hi,
Yes, you will definitely get a good job. Getting a good job depends upon your capability and your hard work not everything happens with studying in a top college only. Sometimes people from top level colleges don't get good jobs. Just work hard and give your best and don't listen to people you say such negative things and avoid thinking about such things they are only going to distract you.

As this question is posted with the tag of humanities and related to social science, I shall vote in favour of BSW and MSW. There cannot be a comparison between the core engineering branches of electrical but a contrast is possible. Social work shall serve the purpose of a working in social service, NGOs and more. There is no lack of jobs once you understand what is the real world and capabilities. Engineering in the other hand has fallen to low earning jobs and it has also become tough to get a job quickly.
