You haven't mentioned your Category and we do not have 2019 data yet. Neverthless, you will need atleast 500 and above for a seat in this college. The previous years cut offs have been lesser but cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no. Of Candidates appearing for the exam, no. These days in almost all the states in India more than 40% seats in engineering colleges are not getting filled. Hence if you apply for admission in that state where you are domiciled you are bound to get admission in an engineering College somewhere or the other, but I would like to advise you to desist from doing so since there are no job prospects for engineers in general. Yes you can get ECE branch based on your options of filling in counselling. There will conduct nearly 11 counselling. So you can get your option in another round and if it is not possible then in 2nd round. So don't lose hope.
