Hi Aparna,
There would be lot many institutes in Pune for English speaking but to tell you the fact even i had the same problem some year back and i did not join any institute for it, to be true if you basic of grammar like tenses are clear then instead of joining an institute improve your spoken communication and which you can even do sitting at home like watching English news and try and talk to you friends in English, hold a mirror in your hand look in your eyes and feel as you are talking to someone else read newspaper loudly and then there are so much communication improvement methods available on Google search.
