There would be lot many institutes in Pune for English speaking but to tell you the fact even i had the same problem some year back and i did not join any institute for it, to be true if you basic of grammar like tenses are clear then instead of joining an institute improve your spoken communication and which you can even do sitting at home like watching English news and try and talk to you friends in English, hold a mirror in your hand look in your eyes and feel as you are talking to someone else read newspaper loudly and then there are so much communication improvement methods available on Google search.
I don't know how would you feel after reading my answer but trust me if you want to improve your English only you can help your self because if you join any institute also then there also you have to speak else you would not learn it.

After B.Tech in Electrical engineering you have two fields :
1) Core field
2) Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may go for :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can learn programming languages.
Please remember that you should pursue a stream based on :
*What type of job interests you ?
*Which field you wish to build your career in ?
*Which one is better on the basis of your career goal ?

**You can pick 3 year LLB (criminal law as the specialization) from a recognized university or college.
Careers in law exist in the capacities of law officers, legal advisers, company secretaries, and solicitors. Law jobs are very specialized and focused in the corporate segment in India. Banking and non-banking financial institutes, insurance companies, large conglomerates, multinational corporations, also appoint law professionals.
**Preparing for Civil Services is also a good idea as that will enrich your career.
It is advisable that you go step by step. You can also prepare for civil exams meanwhile you complete your graduation.
