this is a test used for going in foreign country. different countries accept different test. most of the countries accept both of these tests i.e. toefl and ielts.
but some of the countries don't accept these both tests. some accept only toefl and some accept ielts

You cannot enter into fashion designing unless you prove your credintials by showing your art work (creatvity) or by passing the exam for entry into post graduation for fashion desinging. Please think again or else you might end up in a mix where-in you might not also be able to utilize your Pharma knowledge as well for a career in it. I suggest you make a career in Pharma and after 2 years of experience in Pharma line start distance education in fashion designing to satify your urge for creativtiy in this line.

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
