Dear Kushal, there is nothing like best MCA university or college as MCA colleges are not ranked. Every city has MCA colleges but what should you see is that they are AICTE approved colleges and provide placement assistance by inviting at least few companies in their campus every year. Accordingly, an A- grade Engineering college group offering MCA would be best option for you.
