To teach in college you does not need to do any online course. Required qualification to teach in college is M.A with NET. If the post is not UGC granted one then there is no need of NET also but the Institution always prefer the net with M.Phil or Ph.D. But for the appointment in college post-graduation is sufficient.

NDIM provides pgdm in operations and yes it is good for the logistics and operations. Placement are good with average package is Rs4.5-9 lacs.
