You can look at different options in the field of media. There are several careers in media in writing, production or post production.
-You can become a reporter, actor or getting behind the camera to direct, cinematograph or do finishing work as an editor, compositor or a VFX artist who can add reality to 3D visualizations.
-You may even be a graphic artist who designs the screens, or an animator who brings stories to life as a proxy actor for onscreen characters. You can get into production, whether live or animated.
-You can be a story writer who writes for live and animated screens or even roll the story into a video/ pc game.
-You can be a script writer who would stop at nothing to give wonderful scene setups to bring the story to life.
-You could be an artist who designs characters or who storyboards the film for live or animated performance.
-You can also double up as a voice over artist who gives his/ her voice to the characters or dub for movie stars, or even be a radio star.
-You can alternatively look at web for a web of careers in web design, online marketing, search engine optimization, content writing, social media promoting. Any extra skill can be used in this.
So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted.
Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, VFX, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world and hence may earn in dollars, resulting in better rewards for designers.
Some people are passionate about acting, they must understand that acting cannot provide jobs since this is an assignment based industry and one must fit the role. So it could be better to enter this industry after acquiring a technical skill.

The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12th with science with the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology).
Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration, hotel management, tourism management etc. you can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, industrial design, packaging, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post 10 + 2 level vocational courses. For pursuing a course in engineering you should have Maths as compulsory subject in 10+2. However, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, Website: www.aiims.ac.in or www.aiims.edu, offers B.Tech (Biotechnology) with Class XIIth with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. To get admission in the top medical college in India you would need to score above 90% in 12th and do very well in entrance exam.
With a PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can of-course do Engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire.
