In terms of Sympathy you will get job under Government but to get the same job of your father you need to have basic criteria for the appointment in the education field. Or else you will be given option according to your qualification and your father might have worked when B.Ed was not mandatory. Now it's mandatory for school education. You cannot pursue two full-time courses simultaneously. One of them will have to be through correspondence. Since, you already have bachelors' degree in Law, I would suggest you pursue full-time MBA. I believe most good Universities offer both courses you will have to do your own research on that.
