Yes, you should apply for colleges as you are not sure about your score. Suppose you get a very good score then you will miss out on admission forms of some top premiere colleges. So, it is better to apply.
Also, you know better how you have performed and you might be having slight idea about the score you may get, so considering this point you can apply for colleges.

The eligibility criteria is changed every year. You should know that IIM Indore considers your 10th, 12th, graduation and latest CAT scores for PGP admissions. There is a certain weightage given to each of these. The candidates who qualify, are shortlisted for the WAT and PI round. The candidates are then further selected based on their performance in these rounds.
