Below mentioned are the best colleges in Mumbai:
1. SPJIMR.
2. NITIE.

The entrance exam for NMIMS is NMAT and for the rest is CAT.

You need to apply for colleges. You can see application form dates are announced for various colleges before the results are out like MDI - Gurgaon, ICFAI, SP Jain and others.
After filling the form, they will check your CAT score, academic profile and work profile. They will shortlist 3 times the number of seats based on your CAT score and profiles mentioned above. They will conduct a GD/PI or WAT/PI round to finally select the students.

Hi Trineer,
SAT is not compulsory and admission requirement depends on the country and universities. Mostly, it is required if you want to study in USA. If you want scholarship and a good university then you must have good scores, a good SAT and extracurriculars.
I did not get the total cost part, are you asking about tuition fee or SAT fee?
