There is bad news for aspirants of BE via distance education. SC has canceled degrees of many students awarded by such universities. It's best to join some college. If it's not feasible then I would suggest you to clear AMIE which is considered as equivalent to engineering graduation.

Any country will accept, depending on the admission policy of the university and also on the student's profile. You have to check the admission requirements of different universities, and also contact them. By the way, your academic grades and qualification are more important. So, apart from IELTS score, you must see that you qualify.

You could choose to go for say engineering, medical, research, if you take science. You can try for CA if you are into commerce. Bank management and law aren't bad either.
Know that if you are determined and dedicated to whatever you choose, you will be rewarded. Choose what you are passionate about or at least what you will enjoy doing.

This will depend on the kind of career you are thriving for. It is good, you have a strong extracurricular profile, and this will make your application stronger. I would have suggested you an MBA, but you don't have work experience and also you have a three year degree course making things more difficult to get through in Canada. You can look for courses in sports management, sports accounting, Sports media and communication etc. You have to check on university's websites and write to them about courses and specializations they offer. There is definitely a dress code in college which includes formals for boys and girls from Monday to Friday, and Saturday casuals are allowed. Formals for girls include both business formals (shirt & pant), and also ethnic wear.
