There is no minimum marks are required in Gandhi Engineering college. But the only requirement is you should appear in IIT Mains exam.Your's board marks should be more than 45%. You can directly contact with the college for your admission they will book your seat. In private college there is no requirement of any kind of cutoff in it. So don't worry about that.

Yes, of course JEE exam is required to get admission I the Gandhi college of engineering in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. That should you have to score good marks in that exam with 430 marks with near 22000 ranks. 
But due to the some reasons you don't appear in the JEE exam then don't worry the college also accept OJEE exam how's cutoff is also near by 450 marks which is yearly conducted. These 2 exams are the way to take admission in the B.Tech course.
