Garden City College, Bangalore is a very good college. They provide admissions on the basis of CET entrance examination. Don't expect much in terms of placement assistance.

Dear Akshay, The entrance test for engineering is MHT CET and it is conducted by CET Cell, Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. And the entrance test score is valid for all branches of engineering. The JEE national level entrance test score too is valid in Maharashtra for Engineering admission which is conducted by National Testing Agency.
