As per your profile as you are B.com student, pursuing MBA would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Hospitality is a different field altogether, and to build a career in hospitality you need to pursue a bachelor degree in Hotel management, and as you are already pursuing B.com, it would not be advisable to pursue another bachelor degree.
More over after completing MBA, you can work in various sectors automobile, banking, insurance and many more fields.
I will advice you that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA from US, there are many good universities in US which offers MBA, however in order to pursue MBA from good universities in US, you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
After going through your profile I would suggest you to work for 3-4 years after completing your engineering and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of having work experience is that, you will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue masters in same or related fields, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the body which presides over the Company Secretary program.
The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The course has three stages which are Foundation, Intermediate and Final.
1.Foundation course is open for those who have only done 10+2.
2. Those with graduation or a pass in final exams of ICWAI or ICAI can directly apply for the intermediate stage.
3. After doing the Intermediate course and clearing the exams one goes into the final stage.
To become a company secretary a candidate needs to be a member of Institute of Company Secretaries. For that one needs to clear the final stage by passing the examinations, gain practical experience and do the required training. Carmel Fatima College is one of the best and a leading school in Ampara district. Everyone in the district knows the name “Carmel Fatima College” which cannot be easily forgotten by anyone. Carmel Fatima College produced and still produces vast number of educationists, professionals, and good citizens for the country.
Modern education was brought first to Ampara district by the Weslian Missionaries. They established around 30 schools in the district and created an opportunity for the community to gain better education.
In addition to English medium schools, the Weslians also established Tamil medium schools. One of them was St.Mary's School at the Sacred Heart Church Premises.
