Sir,
M.SC IT is a masters degree program for which your daughter is not eligible since it asks for a bachelors degree in the relevant discipline as the minimum eligibility requisite.
And since she from commerce background, she cannot even take up B.SC- IT (Bachelors in Science- Information Technology) or B.SC- CS (Bachelors in Science- Computer Science) as both these ask for Science stream in class XII.
But considering her passion for IT field, I may suggest the following options for her:-
1. B.C.A (Bachelors in Computer Applications)
2. B.B.A- IT (Bachelors in Business Administration- Information Technology)
3. B.SC Animation as one of the youngest, fastest-changing, and most rewarding industries is computer animation.
As of now she can start with C++ in order to begin the career in her desired field and to understand the basic concepts.

Media line itself is so challenging and film making will be more of skill based. To start your career in film direction it is necessary for you to gain knowledge about the basic aspects of film making such as Direction, Cinematography,Camera angles, market demand as in what type of films or T.V. shows are in, etc. So i would suggest you join some course related to Film making and direction so that you gain the relevant knowledge.
To start a career I would suggest you to join some good production house or an AD agency as a trainee to groom yourself or another good option for you can be to start shooting documentary films, do it as a free lancer or join any NGO and make a documentary for them and then you can apply to big production houses or if you have enough funds you can start your own production. But first i would suggest you to go for film making course.
