Sir,
M.SC IT is a masters degree program for which your daughter is not eligible since it asks for a bachelors degree in the relevant discipline as the minimum eligibility requisite.
And since she from commerce background, she cannot even take up B.SC- IT (Bachelors in Science- Information Technology) or B.SC- CS (Bachelors in Science- Computer Science) as both these ask for Science stream in class XII.

I prefer you do M.Tech ( Communications) from our country. We have got good colleges who teach this subject with live examples too. Our country has institutions like IIT, NIT which are the best in this field.
