The selection of the candidates into the Air Force, Naval and Army wings of the NFA will be done through the NDA Examination. This exam will be carried out by the Union Public Service Commission.
Those who aspire to join the Naval Wing and the Air Force must have a pass in class 12 in science. So being from Commerce stream, you would not be able to sit for N.D.A, however you may look for other UPSC exams like IAS, IPS, SSC, etc.
After your XII Commerce, you can select any course of your choice, provided you possess keen interest and passion for the subject.
Take up either of B.COM, BBA, BBM, BMS or Economics Hons.
You could even learn a foreign language and aim for an interpreter's job in the consulates and embassies. Some of the choices in this regard are French, Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese or Chinese. You can even prepare for the Indian Civil Service Examinations or State Civil Service Examinations. Besides these, there are courses in advertising, journalism, mass communication, media studies, business management, performing arts, travel and tourism and more.
You can analyze the various opportunities available and select the right path based on your personal criteria which should include:

Well you have good experience and knowledge but not a graduation degree which is a must in the present scenario as that opens the door for masters.
So I would like to advice you to go for Bachelors degree distance and continue working. Also along side pick up SAP program or SAS Programming as both are actively in demand these days.
