Hi,
Well the minimum eligibility for B.SC Physics or Mathematics is class XII from science stream (physics, chemistry, maths). The admissions are on merit basis.
As you a B.E degree holder, it must have been 4 years since then so the competition has become tough. You can try for regular colleges however there are many renowned universities in the domain of distance education.
And always remember, you can opt for single, double or even triple bachelors as education is never a time constraint.
