As mentioned on the website, for admission to PG Programmes, the candidates must have at least 60 percent marks or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average in the B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent examination (55 percent for SC/ST category) in the respective branch of Engineering. For the PG Programme in Town and Regional Planning offered by the Civil Engineering Department, the candidates with B.E./B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering or Bachelors degree in Architecture securing at least 60 percent of the marks are eligible for admission. For the PG Programmes in Mechanical Engineering, the candidates with B.E./B.Tech in Production/Production & Industrial Engineering are also eligible for admission.
